florist apts

hey girls!
so I started my florist search..its a little earlier then I would like But I found a great florist who only does one wedding at a time but I want to look around and make sure I totally love her before I book her. so far the following are florists I want to make an apt with... any info regarding pricing and reviews would be very helpful...

I would also try Roots Florist in Port Jefferson. They are a liwedding vendor. I am 99% sure I will book with them. The designer, Cori, actually suggested I wait to see one of her samples, she's making me a sample of bouquet and centerpiece before I even book. I love her for that, because

I think florist should do samples for you before you sign them! I understand a nominal fee for their time. But I never get why they charge you the quoted price for a centerpiece where you know they will reuse the flowers elsewhere.

Anyway, Corie was so understanding that we were on a budget and recommended flowers that would be cost efficient without looking cheap.

She quoted us 120 for a centerpiece other florists where quoting me 180 for.

I don't know, I'm hard to impress and she impressed me. I'm on pins and needles waiting to see these samples!
