So i am gettin married oct 9, 2009 i was wondering when i should start looking inot florist? I didnt think i needed to yet but i am noticing girls that are getting married around the same time as me already booked... it makes me think im moving to slow.....
we r getting married around the same time and i booked mine but really b/c i just wanted to get all my major vendors done and i wanted to make sure the florist i wanted could do it that day.i would say u still have some time to book..good luck
I'd say it depends on what type of vendor you are using. I'm using a local florist and as long as they have your date available, a few months before is all they need.
i am a 2010 bride and i am looking at florists now. I just want to be sure i can get a florist i want, since i 've heard there are a few that do a limited # of weddings per day.
I booked mine 13 months before my wedding. That might have been really early, but I would definitely start looking to book within the next 2-3 months.
I think 6-8 months is ample time.
hey date twin!!! I didn't book my florist yet either, or limos for that matter. I live upstate so I probably won't get down to LI until Dec. Hopefully I can get those done then!

I would recommnd doing it now because you can get an idea of what flowers are in season for your wedding. If you book in may...you will be seeing tulips or something atleast now you know what the fall flowers are.
