Florist Centerpiece Prices?

I have a question about centerpieces from a florist.

I wanted to do my own centerpieces and I found what I want BUT before i ordered anything i wanted to find out how much centerpieces from florists are normally? Would anyone mind sharing what centerpieces go for?

Thanks! Just want to make sure that im not spending over what a florist could do for cheaper even though i still like the idea of doing them on my own =)

TIA!!!

Costs of CPs can vary greatly. What type of flowers are you interested in using?

If any of you have pics, please post!

I wasnt looking to do flowers really. I want large lanterns with candles in them and then baby's breath around the bottom and outside of the lantern with maybe some roses or rose pedals.......

I was going to buy the lanterns myself and then have the florist do the the baby's breath and roses. I found lanterns that I can buy wholesale....in a large quantity. So I would get the lanterns and flameless candles and have the florist do the rest.

Before I ordered anything i wanted to compare what I would be paying to what a florist would charge me. Do florists offer lanterns you think?

Sounds pretty! I would meet with a few florists and see what they say. I have no idea what they might charge for labor. I do reccomend meeting with local florists as opposed to the more popular wedding vendors, though. I feel I got a lot more personal attention and saved myself a lot of money by going that route. Good luck!
