FLORIST CONTRACT !! HELP !!!!!!
Help !
I am getting ready to sign a florist contract but it was my understanding that it needs to have the following:
5. Requirements for cancellation by bride and groom (including any fines or deadlines).
6. Compensation for no-show or cancellation by florist (including refunds).
8. The size of each arrangement and number of flowers to be used.
10. Acceptable substitutions if certain flowers are not available.
11. Price adjustments if less expensive substitutions are used.
12. Price adjustments if flowers are not fresh or arrangements are smaller than agreed upon.
Do all of you ladies have the above ? If so, who did you use ?
I don't want to pick on the florist and do all this if this is not the norm. PLEASE let me know what you ladies think. Esp. the one re: NUMBER of flowers used. Thank you !
