FLORIST HELP PLEASE

I just have some questions about florists. My wedding is on July 14, 2006 so when should I start looking and book by?

Also- should you have your BM dresses colors already picked out before you meet with the florist?

How do you know how many tables you will need CP for? I have to guarantee only 175 but we are planning to invite 240-250. So we can only roughly estimate.

Do you sign a contract based on a specific package (# CP, # bouqets, etc.) What if the numbers change over the next 1 1/2 years?

Any feedback on James Cress, Burtons, Flower Michele, Gina's Enchanted Flowers???

Hi –

I just booked my florist over the weekend. I don’t know what color my BM dresses are going to be either I just have to go back to the florist once I know so we can go over the colors I want. I have to guarantee 150 for my hall and I not sure if we will be able to fulfill the guarantee but I figured 14 centerpieces will be good for 14 tables of 10. If we need less CP she will just subtract it from the final price and we need more she will add it to the price. I signed a contract for a specific package and the woman I met with told me if anything needs to be added or removed just to let her know and it will be adjusted. I did not book with any florists that you mentioned so I cant help you out there.

I LOVE flower Michele. John is VERY sweet and great guy! My FH and I loved him when we met...... he is sooo flexible and really willing to work with your prices......I would HIGHLY recommend him.. he really is wonderful!

I second John from Flower Michele! He is also doing my wedding as well (incidentally ssbride05 and I are date twins)! He listens to you, works with your ideas and again will try to work with your budget.
