That's a good price I get quoted anywhere between 2300 - 2800 but I'm getting all high centerpieces for the Winter Garden Pavilion.

stupid question but do you already know what flowers you want to use and how many corsages and such? or do they throw a number at you. i know the BM and MOH you know but the other stuff i'm curious about.

well, for us we know our bridal party, and the corsages and boutonnières is based on that and parents. The tables are based on the minimum guarantee from the hall and anticipated guest list
For us, its me, MOH and 3 Bridesmaids, FH, BM, 3 Groomsmen, 2 mothers, 1 grandmother, 1 father, and with 100 minimum and 120 on the guest list, figuring 10 tables with either 10-12 people at them.
You can add things later, and it will change the price, but its a starting point to go from, like we MAY need flowergirl or ring bearer flowers, but we won't know for a while

no need :) It took me a couple of meetings to understand what to do as well. Thankfully we have a board like this to get advice from others before we go to meetings and stuff!!
