florist price question????

The florists does not really give individual prices...but did tell me,,,BM $50 & Boutonnieres $5 each

I need:
Bride/toss
1 MOH
2 BM ($100)
2 dads ($10)
5 boutonnieres ($20)
2 moms
1 grandma
groom
2 alter vases

This is what I am guessing the rest would cost, help me if I am wrong:
Bride/toss ($250??)
MOH ($75???)
2 Bms ($100)
2 moms wristlets ($40??)
1 grandma ($20??)
groom ($10??)
5 boutonnieres ($25)
2 alter vases ($200??)

That comes to $720 (am I under or over estimating) Choice of any flower????

Help me understand where does the $800 quoted comes from??? Am I paying too much????
