What do you do on your first appt with them and if you decide to book them how much do they ask for a deposit?
When I went we just talked about our color schemes, what my dress/BM dresses look like, any particular flowers I may like, etc etc.. I went to 3 florists and all of them required a 10% deposit when booking. HTH!

When you go you tell them everything you want and if you want you can tell them a budget you don't have to i chose not to. After the appointment they come up with an estimate typed out and itemized with individual cost of everything you asked for and they usually mail it out within the week. Then after that you can bargain prices picking and choosing what to cut out or where to use cheaper flowers if you'd like to cut their estimate.
