So I have an appt with a florist tomorrow. This is the first one I am seeing. I am not getting centerpieces because I DIYed them with my sister-in-law. So all I need are bouquets's, boutonnieres and corsages.
How much do bouquets usually run. I know its depends on the flowers but I have looked at places online and they quote some at like $250. Is that normal???
I just wanted to have a heads up on pricing so whenI go in there I am not completely blow away if its a high quote. Thanks!

Re: Florist question
I am DYING centerpieces as well and did the bouquets's, boutonnieres and corsages all with Designs by Rose.
So I have:
My bouquet - white vendella roses (16-18) 6 Bridesmaids 8 cool water roses 5 Corsages - vendella roses
Groom 8 Boutonnieres - cool water boutonniers
Throw Bouquet
350ish. Not the exact quote but something like that.

Re: Florist question
Yes, I think that is about the norm. My bouquet was $195 but luckily I had a free bridal bouquet coupon so its cost me nothing!

The reception hall. You drop the stuff of a couple days before with specific instructions or pictures and leave for them to set up.

Are you doing candle centerpieces or something else?

They are candle center pieces, well flameless with rocks and fake flowers. I am also adding tea light (provided by hall) and flower petals to the table to dress it up. I am adding pictures to my profile if you want to check them out. There a little different then the original pics now. But you can get an idea.

Mine came back at $65 a piece. So I was pretty happy with the quote.

Re: Florist question
I know it really depends on the flowers but my BoK is $85 and my BMs are $35 so that sounds VERY high to me

Re: Florist question
yea I didnt book anything yet. She is going to make up bouquets that I can look at and see if I want to add things or take them out. So the price could go up or down depending on what I decide to do. I was just really shocked when I looked online and saw some for like $250. I thought that was crazy lol
