Florist quote - is this fair?

I went to Burtons on Saturday and fell in love! And it also helps that they were so much cheaper than the florists that were recommended by my venue.

Love the centerpiece. Do they supply everything or do you need to get the pumpkins for them?

Did you book with them or did you just go for information? I'd love to meet with florists but I don't know if I'm too early since my wedding is in 2016. I just want to book everything already! lol

I just went there to check it out. I e-mailed them to see when I should make an appointment since I know it is early for a florist. I decided to make an appointment earlier because they said they usually book up quicker than most florists (since they do strictly weddings and they usually give the best price). I didn't book yet, but after looking at the pricing for all the florists my venue recommended, I'm going to call back this week to put a deposit down (they only require $100).

He said they've gotten a bunch of inquiries and appointments for 2016 brides, but no bookings as of yet. I figured I'd rather just book everything now so I know I have what I want and don't have to settle.
