I booked w/ Flower Barn... they gave me the best price and the guy I worked with was great to work with, not pushy or overly salesy.

ok so i have read alot about all of these vendors...i havent started shopping for florists yet though so i have a ?
flowers by burton i have been leaning towards because of the 'any flower' deal...
i want calla lillies, hydrangeas, and roses, which tend to be on the expensive side of flowers....SOOOOOO that being said, would it make sense for me to go to burton because i won't have to worry about the crazy expense of those types of flowers??
or are the others listed (flower barn, flowers michele, etc) also good prices for the flower types i listed??
im jus so stuck on that whole idea of any flower...

We went with Burton's Flowers in Melville. It was a recommendation from Tower's Flowers in Deer Park (?) whom we have a family connection to. Since we are getting married Valentine's Day weekend he told us that he couldn't give a wedding the attention that it needs. He called over to Burton's and we met with Bobbi. She was so stoked with my vision (which I thought wouldn't work) and is running with it!!! The price was right and I will have my funky, expensive flowers!! Give them a shot. You can tell Bobbi that Kimberly and Freddie sent you.

thank you SO MUCH it seems that i keep getting positive confirmation for this florist...makes me feel better!! :) and its good to hear that u got ur funky flowers for a great price!! thats my whole thing! and yes i will definitely tell Bobbi you sent me :)

Verbena........THE BEST!!!! She is absolutely one of my favorite vendors so far.
We went to 8 different florists and couldn't be happier with Verbena.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
She will also totally work with your budget.
Never mentioned a flower charge.

Faith from Hicksville florist.
She is so sweet and does amazing work and really takes care of her customers.
We hired her to do the flowers for my Uncle's Wake last week and she gave us over $200 less then every other florist we called. She even bought my family dinner and sent my cousins and aunt fowers to their house. She made everything so amazing and full. I knew right then she was the florist for me! check her out.
