Yes I believe so. When we booked our florist we needed to make an appointment.

You can always walk in to a florist but if they dont' have time, they won't speak with you. You're better off making an appointment so you know you won't waste your time visiting a florist who is too busy to sit with you.

My florist came to my house which was very convenient for me (Laurie from LA Blossom)...and she brought lots and lots of examples and ideas with her. I booked her on the spot. She's super nice!!!

You can walk in but if you want them to spend some time with you then you are better off making an appointment.

Definetly make an appointment. This way you know that a certain amount of time is dedicated to you. If you walk in, you may not get their undivided attention.

I would call ahead and make an appointment particularly if you are going on a weekend. Saturdays tend to be busy days and you'll want to gurantee that somone will be able to spend some time talking to you.

Great. Thank you. I was thinking of using either Burtons (b/c I hear they were reasonable) or Laurie from LA Blossom b/c she is sooo nice! But i haven't seen enough of anything yet so i need to do some research. Thanks!

I made appointments b/c it is more personal that way. it's a more one on one than anything else. you'll be glad you've done it. have fun.

I stopped by Jack and Rose in Woodbury, he couldn't see me, he was with another bride, but we scheduled an appointment while I was there, he squeezed me in for next week and he also gave me some flowers to take home when I left. I'm really excited to meet with him.

definately an appointment....they keep you like 1-2 hours, you get to know there style, get a price, and see if you feel comfortable..
