so some of you know that i went to both pedestal and flower michelle yesterday. anyways, fh and i liked flower michelle's suggestions and arrangements better. so i think we are going to book with them. plus, pedestal asked us for $7,200!!! i wanted to see the breakdown of prices but she refuses to show it to me which i definitely did not like.
are there any other florists that is comparable to flower michelle bedfore i make my decision?

She wouldn't show you the breakdown of prices?? That is absolutely ridiculous...I wouldn't book with someone who did that either...that would make me so paranoid..

Yayyyyyy! I'm a FM bride. I love them! I think you can't go wrong with them, honestly.
I've heard Verbena has great prices. Also, designs by rose and flowers by brian. Maybe check out one of those if you aren't 100% sure yet.

i agree. fh and i end up wondering where she got $7,200 from so i know what to take out or change. but since she refused to- we just left it alone.

Thats the same thing that happened with me. My person just came out with the final numbers and I asked her to break it down, but she did that for me no questions asked. She also asked if that was higher then I received from FM and I told her yes, a lot higher!

FM gave us a quote of $3500. we have a lot of sunken flowers with floating candles as centerpieces (five per table; 20 tables total). the flowers are cymbidium orchids and cherry blossoms.
i have a lot of ppl in the entourage. 4 bok rose 2 mother's bok rose/stephanotis 5 basket with rose petals 1 wand (for my butterfly princess) 1 wreath (for my butterfly princess again) 5 wrist flowers (rose) my bok, cymbidium orchid and rose fh bot, cymbidium orchid 2 fathers rose/stephanotis 10 bot, rose

3500 sounds way better than 7200, maybe the cherry blossoms are pricey.
BTW: what is a butterfly princess???lol, is that your FG?

LOL i totally made up the butterfly princess. we're getting married in a garden so one of my flowergirls have wings. FM said that they'll do a wand and head wreath (halo) for her so she'll look like a total fairy.
