who was your florist...how can i use candles in the centerpieces and different ideas...i always see the same centerpieces all over the place..im looking for something a little different...not crazy...something elegant but unique...

I am using wicks in Baldwin. I have both candles and flowers. I am using the candlelabras (spelling?) they look gorgeous and very elegant.

The candle cp that I posted before is mine. I am using pillar candles and black magic roses.
I used these (it was a fake red berry wreath and candles on a pillar). I decided I didnt want 'live' CPs
very beautiful.....does the florsit provide the wreath? Where did you get the stands from?

I actually lucked out and found these CPs myself. I bought them from Linens n Things - they get them in each year around the Xmas holiday.
They've had them every year for the last 3 years so I'm pretty sure they will get themin again. You could always try calling them to see if they can locate any overstock of them now. If they find any, in any of their stores nationwide, they will ship them to you for free. I ordered 20 of them last year and they shipped them for free.
They retail for $24.99 and the set includes the pedestal, the 3 ivory pillar candles and the red berry wreath.
I loved them...so did our guests, not one was left behind and people were asking if I had extras

i used flowers around the hall and on the tables i had the huge champagne glasses with candles in them and candles down the rest of the table
I am using a stand with candles holders going down the bottom in a winding pattern. Also I have rose petals on the table with pillars.

my uncle is doing my flowers. he works for setauket floral. he will work with any budget. i was going to do the same as well. a round base filled with roses and callas. and lots of greens with pillar candles. i havent desided if i want one candle or do 3 different sizes. kinda like this one.
