I'm using Flowers by Liz and she also only does one wedding per day, and basically all she does is weddings. I've read good reviews about her work. Here's her website:

We went to another florist that was mentioned and they rushed us out the door. I was lest then thrilled. I walked out saying I would never use them if they were the only ones left. Laurie was at my house for like 2 hours.
