I cannot speak any higher of Michele Flower Florist in Huntington!!! They are a house florist for John Anthony's (our reception hall). We worked with John, and he made us feel so special and did not pressure us in any way. He even worked within our tight budget!!! They are GREAT!!! I completely recommend giving them a shot...
I too am having my reception at John Anthony's, but I am going with one of the other house florists...Flowers by Brian. Our wedding is Sept. 2001, but they have been absolutely outstanding to deal with right from the start. The day after we sat with Lisa, we had a thank-you in our mail box. We are looking into a mix for the centerpieces, and don't know how it will turn out, but Lisa was very enthusiastic about it. They are going to do a sample for us, and if we don't think it will work for us, we can chance our minds and won't be penalized. Because I work 2 jobs, it has been difficult to get back to their shop in Mineola, however I was able to secure them by phone and fax. Again, the next day I received a thank you and deposit receipt in the mail. I have spoken with several different people there, including Brian himself, and everyone seems wonderful. Good Luck!
