Is it ok to shop around for a florist? I made an appointment with one who I know will give me a good deal, but I might want to look into another that has very nice arrangements. What's the protocol on this?

Why wouldn't it be ok?? They just may quote you a price and say if you leave that they can't guarantee it when you come back (to prevent shopping around)

I don't know about protocol, but I would definitely shop around! You are spending $$$, so you want to get a good deal!

from my experiences so far with florists, you sometimes dont even get prices right away... they send you a quote after you leave...
