Hi, How far in advance is fine to book a florist? I have about 1 1/2years till my wedding. I just need a time frame. Thanks!!

I am getting married the same year as you (9/18/04) and I am going to go book my florist a year before I get married (so I am going to go book it next September).

we booked ours about 6 months in advance (but our engagement was only 10 months)

Im booking my florist about 11 months in advance, only because i'm moving in January and I would like to have all my deposits in before I leave

We booked ours about 8 months in advance, which I think is plenty of time. But we needed a chuppah, and I knew which florist I wanted to use, so I was worried that they would run out of them if they had too many weddings on the same day that needed them!
