I just had my first florist appointment with Rob at Pedestals. I loved his insight and his vision. He 'got' exactly what I was looking for. However, his quote was extremely pricey.
I have my next 2 appointments with Flowers & Designs by Gina and Flowers by Brian.
Which do you recommend of the three?
Also, how did you negotiate with your florist, if at all?

We went with Flowers by Brian and really didn’t have to negotiate cause we got a great price. My flowers looked amazing and everyone went nuts over the CP’s. HTH

Burton's Flowers did a beautiful job with two weddings I was in and I'm using them next week and they are very reasonable.

I got a better price with FBB. I went to FBB after I went to Pedestals, and I told them I wanted it for a certain price and they made it happen! I loved them.

I used Amy at Main Street Florist. I mention them because they're also in Huntington (close to your RH). She's fabulous and very reasonably priced.

I was really impressed with Flowers by Brian. I thought they were a little more on the expensive side, but I felt like they threw in a lot of 'extras', like tea lights and rose petals on all the tables.
My consultant was very respectful of our budget and didn't try to push me into getting things we really didn't need.

I would not recommend Pedestals at all...They butchered my ceremony and I have yet to hear any resolve for it. I thought they were great too until after I booked and saw their true colors. Don't get me wrong. There are brides that have a great experience with them but they are not consistent because a lot of brides have horror stories as well. i honestly dont know how they are so popular.
I fully and whole heartedly however recommend Vito at Westchester Floral Decorators...he is amazing and a sweetheart

Just want to suggest something...
We went with a local florist in my hometown. They did great work and were much more affordable than the big names such as FBB, Michele, Peds., etc.
We also went with low CPs which helped cut costs instead of high.

my cousin used Flowers by Brian for her wedding 2 years ago, and they did a phenomenal job..I may be booking them as my florist..if I can figure out what RH to first visit!!!
