I just met with a florist this weekend. We went over the details of BP and # of guests. I told the florist our minimum requirement is 110 guests. So she worked up our arrangement within our budget and we went over the flowers and I was very happy. When I went back over the paperwork ( I haven't booked yet or anything) I noticed that the quote is for 10 tables. Wouldn't I need 11 tables? If we add in another table to the quote we will be over budget.

Re: Florist/Seating Question
It depends--are you seating ten or twelve at your tables? I'm seating ten at mine. I think they said ten to twelve at our tables, but I'm having a small number of guests so there's no point in squishing them!

Re: Florist/Seating Question
I thought seating was for 10 I don't know if 12 at a table is comfortable.

Re: Florist/Seating Question
You should call your catering hall & find out how many people you can have per table. All my tables are mixed. I have some tables that have 7, then 10 & for the most my tables are 12 per table. I have a large wedding with almost 20 tables. B
Call your catering to make sure before you go changing things that maybe you won't have too. Hope that helps
