So I have been visiting florists this week and I just want to book with one and get it over with. I am thinking about booking with Pedestals (I met with the people in the Hauppauge office). What do you girls think? I researched them on the BBB and it says they have received 4 complaints in the past year...do you think that's alot??? Are they having problems lately because some recent brides don't seem happy with them based on their reviews. Maybe I am looking too into this, I tend to do that.

I booked Pedestals, they are amazing. 4 complaints in a year sounds like a lot but keep in mind you're dealing with on edge brides.

I also booked with Pedestals because they had excellent reviews. All the places will have a few people that complained but from what I've heard on the board is that some brides say they were late in getting the flowers to the ceremony, but that was the biggest complaint. They didn't get them there after, but right before it began. So far it has been ok with them. I deal with Robert and he is very sweet. He worked within my budget. When I first saw the sample, it was not good at all, we changed the concept and the second sample was good, so he tries to fully understand what you are looking for and makes it happen. So, good luck with whomever you choose!

I would be hesitant to go with any company that had more than 1 or 2 complaints. The BBB complaints may not be just from brides. There are so many florists out there to pick from. It is worth continuing the search.
