Florist....take 3....

Well, the florist didn't go well at all...I'm going back on Friday for ANOTHER CP idea. Mom and I tore the place apart tonight...we made a huge mess with the florist that was helping us. There was water, crystals, flowers, petals...everywhere.

I'm hoping that Friday, with 2 weeks until the wedding, the florist will FINALLY put together something that I like.

OH, and the salesperson that originally helped us back in October was fired because she apparently promised other customers things that weren't possible too...didn't make me feel better, but interesting to know it happened to others too!

Oh no this really worries me! You used Flowers By Brian right? I have a picture of one of my samples, I guess I should make an appt to see the other sample ASAP! I've heard a lot of bad reviews about them recently

I honestly was so turned off by them when I was there- I can't BELIEVE that Russo's has them as a 'vendor'
Fabiola wouldn't even LISTEN to what I was asking for.

She kept telling me things I wanted would look bad-
or that it was impossible.


You shouldn't have to be going through this.


I would suggest that you talk to Kelly.

Mr. Russo would be VERY upset to know that his florist is giving you trouble and using FAKE flowers in people's bok's.


He has VERY high standards and he's VERY hard on his vendors.

His house florist used to be pedastals from what I understand.

Hang in there and i'm sure everything will work out on your day of.

This is flowers by brian....we originally met with stacey who we learned last night was let go because she promised other brides, as well as myself, things that flowers just wont do!

Now we're working with Rich who has been incredible patient, but still it's frustrating!! I mean, they have definitely been trying so many things. I'm more upset at the fact that I was promised one thing, but not told sorry, can't have it. Which I understand its not going to work, but it's still upsetting. I wish they would have gone through the orders that Stacey took and call them say whether or not what the bride wants, would work or not.

My FFIL said that we should mention it to Russo's as well...great minds think alike.

I'm hoping that tomorrow everything will be fine and the CP is something that I can live with....2 weeks to the wedding, there's not much else I can do...I guess I have to not sweat the small stuff....who would have thought that the small stuff was flowers?!

TOTALLY!!!! It can't hurt at all!! It will also be piece of mind! They told me to come in a month before the wedding for the sample and I wish I would have gone sooner!!

You can tell them that you heard that stacey was no longer working there and wanted to make sure that the new person you're working with can understand what you're looking for!!!!

Not only will i take tons of photos but I'm also taking the sample home with me!!!!

Kelly was really curious why we didn't choose to go with them. She seemed shocked actually.
Our meeting there was the WORST one we had.

They WOULD want to know what's going on.
Also tell them about the fake stefanotis (sp?)
That's completely unacceptable.
