Flower appointments

Hi Ladies ..

So this wknd im making my 1st Payment to my RH and I took advantage and made an appointment with Distinctive Florist since they are across the street from my hall. This is my first floral appointment so I am unsure of what to bring or take or what questions to ask. Can someone help me? How did you prepare for your flower appointments? Thanks.

I brought pics of Bok and CPs. i also researched flowers in season for when i am getting married (this can help save some money) and i researched some flowers that i could get in the colors i wanted. I found there were some places that appreciate the research and really try to give you what you want and others that really only wanted you to give them a basic of what you need (how many CP's, who will get flowers) and the wedding colors- they wanted to suggest everything else. I would also say, what they quote is often a starting point and try to work with the florist if you are thinking a different price then what they give.

Bring pictures of things you like including colors shapes of flowers, types of flowers and centerpieces and BoKs you like.

Think of ideas you would like and think of a price point you'd like to keep it at or under. Florists will work with your budget.
