Flower Barn

So I met with Mike at flower barn today and he was wonderful. Gave me a very reasonable quote for my wedding. Just wanted to know if any of you other ladies using him can post some pictures of you centerpieces.

Heading to two more florsists before I make my final decision!

we pretty much booked him on the spot because of how much he came down from my max I would pay for flowers.

My cousin got married last weekend and had Flower Barn and the centerpieces looked great! She got low centerpieces and they were really pretty, I know she was very happy with the price she got too.

We're using flower barn too - Mike is really great. We told him our budget and he was able to stay within it! They definitely gave us the lowest quote out of all we met with and they were even able to do a semi-mock up of our centerpiece on the day we committed.

Who else are you meeting with?
Good Luck!

Hello to all the Flower Barn brides! I just booked with Mike this past Thursday too. When I asked to sign the contract, he said he doesn't really work with contracts, but my anal retentive craze kicked in...and I keep thinking about it.

Did you all get contracts or just do a verbal agreement and deposit?

He just gave me a list of what I wanted and then the quote - which ended up changing a month before the wedding because I changed some things around.

They were unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was thinking of checking them out.... but why would they not do a formal written agreement?

So -- I got an e-mail today that he was going to send me the write up the listing of everything for me to review! (Phew!) I think I misunderstood him because he doesn't really do a set in stone contract, knowing that things change and we have to be fluid based on changes I request, etc. It's a changeable document but at least it will lock us both into the date and time -- PHEW!

ETA -- I guess I was just used to signing a contract right then and there when I paid my deposit with vendors...and got nervous. But he is sending a listing in the mail asap!

Hi Ladies

Can someone please confirm if FlowerBarn is the one in Seaford??

Flowers is our next vendor and even though I love the first woman I met with, her quote was high and she is not even returning my emails which is not leaving a good taste with me.

FlowerBarn was one of the Florists I had on my lists to meet with in January so I want to ask for Mike....does anyone also know if they do feathers???

Thanks in advance,
Kat

Flower Barn is in Seaford. As far as the feathers, just ask - They did everything in their power to get what I wanted.
