Flower Budget

Hey Ladies,

What is a practical budget for flowers?? We got quotes from two places but feel they are a little high. We have ten tables and 6 bridesmaids.

What kind of quotes have you been receiving and for what?

I have 15 tables half high and low and 5 bm 5 gm

we got a bunch of other stuff - we are paying 2750

a big factor is if you want high or low centerpieces, although the type of flowers do matter, i am noticing more and mroe that they do not matter as much as some people might think unless they are reallllly unique and hard to get.

in general, low cps are usually 70-100 and high are usually 100 and up, average i would say is around 125-150

brides bok are usually 90-125
bms bok i think are like 70 and up
bouteniers for guys (sp?) are either free or like 5-10 each
corsages are between 10-20 usually


i am paying 2400 for 15 high cps, 4 bm bok, 1 moh bok, my bok, 6 btnrs including fhs and dads, 2 corsages for mom and grandma, rose petals for the tables and for the aisle at the ceremony

Im paying 1200 for 9 low cp, 5 bouquets , my bouquet ,
flowers for card table, crosages for moms and pew bows with flowers in them.
