What is your budget for flowers? We just got our first quote and I don't know it its high or low.

Help? Please?

We will pay $1070 if we have 12 centerpieces. I am hoping to only need 10! We will end up needing 2-3 more corsages too (for our readers). We went with low centerpieces and have no bridal party (only a bo-k for me and my MOH). We had gone in hoping for $800, but if we get more declines, then we will be super close to the target number!

I was quoted $2,100 at Burt0ns. They offered me a lot and I booked with them but I'm nevous about the quality so I might switch if someone can come close to their price. Looking at my sample next weekend.

How did you get them to show you a sample so quickly? They told me I should come in with ideas/colors/etc., about 6-8 weeks beforehand...

I'm getting a sample now because I called them and told them I wasn't happy with the job they did at a friend's wedding and it made me nervous.

Basically, they brought her the wrong boquet and the flowers didn't look fresh to me. When I brought home the centerpeice it was dead the next day.

Now, with said i have only heard good things from many people close to me who have used them but this was the first time I saw their flowers upclose.

Plus, is it really worth it to switch and shell out extra money for less flowers? Not sure yet.

Now that they know i'm upset hopefully I'll get some extra care

We haven't gone to the florist yet but were hoping to spend 3000 or less! I have to make appts to see florists soon! I'm planning on going to check out flowers by brian, pedestals, and pwp florals.

Any thoughts on those florists??

I loved pedestals...i am booking with them this week! I saw Christopher if you can request someone..he was great! He gave me a great price and I know the flowers will be done right.
