Flower Cost Options, which way is cheaper?

Okay so unfortunately I have about 20-22 tables so when considering centerpieces, its starts to get a little crazy. I was planning on doing half high and half low with fairly full floral arrangements, but my floral costs are pretty high.

Does anyone have any idea if arrangements like this one, where there are fewer flowers but more design, are less expensive than huge flower centerpieces? I need options....
