Hey girls...maybe you can help me figure out something.
So FH and I already have 1 flower girl who will be 5yrs old on our wedding (she is a distantly related cousin but her family is close with mine). I already asked her and her mom and they are so excited!!
FH has a niece who will be 1 yr and 4months on our wedding. Should I ask her mom to dress her up like a flower girl and have a 2nd flower girl?? Keep in mind FSIL is in the wedding as a BM and so is her husband, FH's brother. Is our niece too young?? or should i just make sure there is another family member to take care of her during the wedding? i'd rather just keep it as the 1 flower girl but I dont want to hurt my FSIL and FBIL's feelings...but, they are BOTH in the wedding....

I'd ask them 1st. they may want to leave her home.

they definitely won't be leaving her home since they are coming from Puerto Rico and I just saw on fb pics the last 2 weddings they have gone to, they brought her along as a 8 month old.

oh ok. its far to travel and worry about your bay I guess.
Ask anyway. it may be cute to have a little kid in the BP. Otherwise, as a backup plan, have a family member slated to watch her.

Re: flower girl
2010er crashing ...
i would not have her be a flowergirl. she probably won't walk to you (she'll just stand there and possibly start crying)
i don't think her parents would get offended.
then again, i did not ask my future-nephew (he'll be a year and a half old at the wedding) to be a RB and it caused a bunch of drama ... that that's because his parents are ridiculous.
