Please help FH and I settle this one. . . is the flower girl traditionally supposed to match the BM's or the bride? Should I put our flower girl in the same colors as the BMs or the same color as my dress?

The dress itself usually matches the bride, while the 'accent' (like a sash) matches the BM's.
ie: White flower girl dress

I'm not sure what you are supposed to do but I want to but the flower girl in the same color as the bridesmaids.

i think either one is fine. were doing a white dress with a sash that matches the bridesmaids - but i really think either way is perfectly acceptable.

I think you can do whichever one you like....I've seen FG's more often in white w/ a sash matching the BM's, or just in plain white.

Do what you want. I was in white. My BMs were in black and they carried red BoKs. My FG was in black and red. Did I care? Nope. I loved it!!!!!

I think it depends on what you would like ~ I am going with the color of my dress and hopefully with a sash in the color of my bridesmaids or the color of my accent color....

my FG's dress was a complimentary color to the BM dress with a sash to match their dresses.
