Flower Girl Dress(Edit: pic)

Ok so I'm having a problem with my flower girl dress. My BM dresses are fuchsia. This dress I found for the flower girls comes with the sash and roses in fuchsia but it's a totally different fuchsia. Like it looks like its from a different pink family. The dress is $75 and the place where I ordered my BM dresses wants $75 to make a sash and 5 little roses for a 2 year old! She's so tiny!

So I have two questions for your...
1. Would this dress look silly if i got it with a white sash and white roses? So the whole dress is white.
2. Do you know of any tailor that may do the custom work a little cheaper?
