Flower Girl Dresses Cheap in Manhattan

I have 2 flower girls and i told their mom that i would purchase their dress and now my budget is pretty tight, can anyone recomend a place in manhattan.

I just got my flower girl dress in the Jersey Gardens Mall at a store called Little Fashion for $30!!!!
