Anyone having more than 1 flower girl? I was thinking of having 2 sets of little kids but isn't the flower girl supposed to walk alone? And, if I have 2 sets of kids, what do the other 2 do? I know I've seen weddings with more than 2 kids but I don't remember what the others do...

I had 5 flowergirls and 2 ringbearers...the girls held flowers and walked down and 1 ringbearer carried the pillow and the other just walked amongst the flowergirls.. it was adorable!

I think I'm going to have 2 flower girls and 2 ring bearers as well. I was thinking about having 1 flowergirl spread silk rose petals, and the other 'fairy dust' (it's an enchanted forest kind of theme), and have each ring bearer carry a pillow with 1 ring on each.

We are having 2 ringbearers and 1 Flowergirl. She will walk down by herself and the boys will walk together.

I had two flower girls and one ring bearer.
One flower girl chickened out and walked down with her Mom who was a bridesmaid.
The other made it half way down and started crying. Grandma saved her.
My ring bearer was great...only one problem...he left his pillow at home in all the excitement. Never give the ring bearer the real rings!

My girls weren't allowed to throw ANYTHING.. so petals were out.. then I wanted them to hand out long stemmed roses.. they were too scared.. so we got them these little bouquets... remember to keep in mind that the kids will be frightened.. your idea sounds great about the fairy dust and what not.. but keep it in mind.. =)

I love the fairy dust idea!! We are having a similar sort of theme so it would work! One of the girls is pretty young, 3 yrs, the other will be closer to 5 yrs by then so she can probably handle the flower tossing and the younger one can just walk around and be cute!
