flower girls

for those with FGs - are you having them carry baskets? throw flower petals/etc? I am torn ...

I have 2 FGs - both are my cousins, one is my goddaughter. I think they'd be really happy to throw the flower petals. However, I found one of those super cute signs with two handles (one for each FG to hold) on etsy that I think people will get a kick out of.

I can't make up my mind what I want to do!!

My FGs are holding pomanders because my church doesn't allow them to throw flowers. My RB will be holding the 'last chance to run' sign!

My almost 3 year old daughter carried a basket with rose petals. My church wouldn't allow her to throw the petals on the floor. Oh well.

Re: flower girls

My church doesn't allow petals to be thrown so i am having this basket w/ sign made for her and i will put flowers in the basket. My flower girl will only be 2 1/2 and I love the sign thing but i thought she would be to small to carry one so hopefully this is a good way to do incorporate it.
