Flower in Hair ?

Hey, Anyone wearing a flower in their hair on their wedding day. Really wanted one - white orchid or something as I am wearing my hair mostly down with some bits pinned back, but thought my mother would have a heart attack in the church.....so opting for a veil ( havent bought it yet but I will- I have two weeks aftre all ) and thought when I take the veil off after the first dance it would be nice to stick a flower in there behind my ear.

So the Q. is a real one or silk? and if anyone thinks its cheesy please say so....

TIA

I will be weaing a flower with my hair down or up, I'm still deciding with a veil also.
It will probably be a fake flower.

I want to have a flower in my hair too. I love the look and personally like the fresh flower look rather than silk. Just have to make sure the flower doesn't wilt too easily. Orchids do quite well. Good luck!

Thanks I did a search and found your hair trial pics....love your hair but no pics of the flower....its probably too soon for you to decide on what flower you are using or maybe you are not as last minute as me....

I love this look as well. I was thinking of putting in some very small mini daisys, up in the area where all my hair is going to be pulled into, then forego the tiara completely. I'm not really sure. I just love the looks of flowers and I think the tiara is too much.
