Hi, ladies! I'm looking into florists now and will probably go with Flower Michele since they are across from JT. I am going to be making my own centerpieces (hurricane vase w/ candle, rose petals inside and scattered around table) so I really just need a quote on bouquets and bouteneers (sp?).
I basically need: 5 BM bouquets 1 Bridal bouquet (no toss bouq- i will not be tossing a bouquet) 12 bouteneers (fathers, uncles, groomsmen) 6 corsages a centerpiece for the church
How much do you think that would cost? I'm trying to cut corners with the flowers b/c i feel like it's a waste of money.

I feel it's a waste of money too..specially since I got quoted almost 3Gs for mine! OY! I could NEVER spend that much on only flowers!! Oh Boy!!
I did however get a quote a few months back from a local florist... 600 for 12 boks.. 12 boutionierrs, 4 cousages... So I think that's a good deal. I am going next week to the same place to see what they can do with the CPs for me..if anything.
If you don't mind...do you ahve any pics of the idea your planning on doing for your DIY CPs?
Lastly, I would go to local florists and get a few quotes. They will usually be cheaper, and tey tend to throw in a bunch of extras. :)

hmm like someone else said, depends what flowers you use...ive seen brides bo-k be 125-300 and BM's bo-k be 75-95 each.....arrangements can be 125-175.

Well, I definitely want a few stephanotis flowers in my bouquet...with mostly roses and maybe a few orchids. I know mine will probably be 150 or 200 b/c i am asking for expensive flowers. My BM's bouquets...I would be fine with like 6 orchids wrapped in ribbon or a mix of orchids and roses, but like half as many as mine. Maybe even some hydrangeas.

Dani, this is similar to what I have in mind...not exact, though.
flower michele told me it will be cheaper if you know you are going to be using mostly roses and hydrangea than it would be to have the option of other flowers....so if your BM's are mostly roses it shoudlnt be too much money
