Has anyone gotten in contact with John recently? I left a message there over 2 weeks ago and never heard back. I emailed him yesterday and havn't heard back again.

anyone have any info on them?

I'm a little concerned bc when I met with him in Dec or Jan. He told me the new shop was still under construction (which it was) and once it was all set up he was going to have an open house/showcase for everyone to come see. He would send invites to all his clients. He said this would probably be in late Feb.

Well it's just about April and now as far as I know there was no showcase and havn't heard from him either. I'm getting concerned....

I wouldn't worry, I spoke to him 2 weeks ago and he is just busy.

Give him another call tomorrow

i em him this afternoon to confirm my appointment with him for friday. he got back to me in 5mins.

why does everyone have a problem getting a hold of him but me

So have I. I would just like a response I mean he went though some big changes with Rich leaving, then moving and to not hear from him makes me concerned at times

He was so hard to get in touch with!!! We would call and call, and he would never answer, take a week or 2 to get back!! So stressful

but on a better note, when I emailed him, he responded back pretty quick

btw, for anyone who had Rich... he was definitely at the Woodlands showcase a couple of weeks ago on behalf of Pedestals! Definitely turned away when he saw me walking in his direction

He actually wrote me back today too. He did annswer the questions I had in my email.
