I just called them today actually and spoke with Joseph, he's taking over all of John's weddings. He seemed super nice on the phone and I set up an appointment with him for mid-December. Best of luck to you!

don't wait, call and request an appointm,ent - you are paying to much money to have this floating in the air!
Let me know how it goes! I am waiting until after the holidays to call but I like the idea of going in to update the contract. Good thinking because I don't think I'm ready yet to see the samples and make that next payment :)
