I have been trying to get in touch w/ them to make an appt but i keep getting a machine and I have left a message but nobody has called me back.
Has anyone else had this problem?
Well I just tried again and now their new message says their Huntingtom store is closed and mtg all clients in their new Mineola Store. WOW thats far for me

Good to know. I was going to set an appointment with them when I go to Burtons but I guess they'll no longer be near each other. That would have put me in a time crunch.

Wow, that's really good. Yeah, I'm still looking around. I've only been to 2 florists. I have meetings set up with National Wholesale, and Signature. And I'm going to set up with Burtons and Flower Michele.

Definitely send him an e-mail. He will make the return call a priority as soon as he can. He's excellent and well worth the wait. I am waiting for my pics from Patken (today) and I have a beautiful pic of my bo-k. You have to see John's work...it's amazing. I'll post it when I can. But take it from and 05 bride who has been here since 03 - John is simply amazing - the best in my opinion.

John is one of the vendors that I feel most confident about. I feel as if he will do what is right when the time comes. Very happy that I booked with John!!!!!!!!!!!

I booked with Michelle. I actually never met John but as it seems, either way, you can't go wrong. I wonder why theya re moving... bigger place?

Yes. I have left multiple messages and not gotten a single return phone call. Any other vendor and I would have just given up, but he gets such good reviews on here (and he is moving) so I decided to forgive it for now. But, I have also lined up 5 other florists to meet with, and I've already met with two.

I was just at his new location yesterday. They are trying to set up and I'm surprised John hasn't called you back. It took a few days for him to get back to me as well. Consider emailing (not FM) him with all your contact numbers. The new place is bigger and is on the way to looking beautiful. This is the only vendor I am completely relaxed with. Yes, they charge for the extras, but it was worth peace of mind, for me. JMO
