Flower Michele vs. Burton's

Can anyone give me a price comparison for Flower Michele and Burton's. Rose bouquets and low (revere bowl) centerpieces? I am just starting to think about it.

I just had a 12:30 appt to meet with Burtons. They rushed me out the door at 12:45. They weren't helpful at all. They just gave me a price for a basic list of flowers. Made NO suggestions as to other flowers I might need (ie. I had to ask - 'How about readers in church? Do they get something?') Then I asked for 2 smaller bubble bowls of flowers instead of 1 big thing. I expected they would show me different size bubble vases? Guess I was expecting too much! Felt like I was disrupting their lunch hour! Oh well..... onto Flower Michelle and J&R.

I was planning on meeting with Burton's and Flower Michele. After my appt. with Flower Michele I didn't even bother going to Burtons. I know the price would probably have been lower, but I didn't care. The combination of Flower Michele's stellar reputation, John's enthusiasm for floral design and the way he listened to exactly what I wanted (he understood that even the size and shape of the bo-k handle was important to me) was worth the additional $$. I knew John was the one I wanted to work and that he would do the right thing, that gave me piece of mind.

I am booking with Flower Michele on Thursday. John is creative, sweet, and detailed. Burtons gave me a bad feeling right over the phone. He told me my wedding was on a busy weekend and what did I want because he had rented some things out at this point. When someone immediately tells me what they can't do-i can't give them my money. Go with Flower Michele!
