I loved my centerpieces and bridesmaid bouquets from flower Michelle but my bouquet was completely wrong, which was very upsetting. They did send me a new one when I called, but it still wasn't what I asked for. I brought in pictures and everything, somehow I was given the wrong roses in my bouquet.

I Robert from Pedestals.. he completely saw my vision and went with it.. they worked with our budget and I already had experience with them since my sister used them in her wedding 8 years ago.. they were gorgeous then and I expect nothing less now

I never looked at Pedestals, but I did meet with Flower Michelle, and I had a really negative opinion of them. I didn't meet with John, but with a woman, and she was really just completely useless. I kept trying to tell her what I wanted, and that I wanted something a little different than just flowers in a vase, but she seemed completely unwilling to listen to what I was trying to tell her, and just kept steering me back in the direction of what I kept telling her I didn't want! It was frustrating, and really felt like a waste of time. Maybe John is better, but after meeting with that woman (whose name I don't remember) I had absolutely no desire to consider them any further.

from what ive seen Fm will give you the best price. however when it comes wedding time if that price is really low for what you are asking they do skimp a bit on the centerpieces. they just dont look full. that just my opinion based on experience.

Didn't meet with Pedestals. Met with FM - didn't like them at all. Pushy & pricey... and I didn't have a strict budget!

I didn't meet with pedestals...but i did meet with FM. I never met john, barbara was there when we went. We were not impressed at all by Barbara. Maybe I was expecting a lot more bc of all the hype on here, but they didn't even have any flowers in the store since they were in 'a show yesterday'...does that mean its ok to have no arrangements at 4pm the following day?? We went to flowers by brian that same day, and they had a ton of flowers!! We ended up booking lovin oven...but we were definently not impressed by FM...

I used Flower Michele for my wedding and their work is gorgeous (some pics in album)....especially my bo-k and the girls flowers. However, I did have a few minor disappointments regarding the centerpieces. We did four different cps and although they were close to what we asked for, there were a few things that bothered me. My high cps were on the wrong stand, and they had lots of greenery, which I discussed I wanted very little/non of (and the kind they used in my sample was totally different and not so GREEN). All of the cps were also not nearly as full as my sample, and the hydrangea in my sample were much pinker then on the day of. Because of this, my cake didn't look how I wanted either, because the hydrangea were so much lighter than the darker brighter color I was originally shown and didn't pop as much as I wanted. Also, I asked that the pillars not show at all, and you could clearly see them.
When all was said and done, everyone raved about my flowers. The only one who knew they weren't exactly what I had in my head was DH and my parents. They were still absolutely gorgeous and I would still recommend FM. I just was a little disappointed.

i'll tell you one thing about them. The bridal show i went to, i asked pedestals how much their callalilly centerpiece was and they told me $175 each, i asked flowers by brian and they told me $300 for the exact CP.

I love John's customer service its very personal, he takes his time with his appointments, he is not a fast talker like most other salesepeple (oops I means vendors) he is patient and works within your budget. So I would say Flower Michele

Pedestals was the only florist I looked at. I knew I was going to book them becuase I had seen their work at weddings before.
Well, my entire experience with them was great up until the morning of the wedding. They forgot my petals for church, one of the GM bouts, and my throw away bo0k. They told me that the petals & throw away was not in my contract-however it was, I had all my contracts copied & with me at my mother's-so it was a screaming match on the phone, but in the end I got the items I was missing & in time.
Then I get to my RH & my centerpieces were not correct. It was minor & my flowers were beautiful.....but I knew it was wrong.

Well I havent booked yet b/c I wanted to meet with 1 or 2 mor places but I met with Barbara at FM Tuesday night and Marcella @ Pedestals this evening. When I met with Barbara I gave her a budget (Mistake) and then I told her what type of flowers I wanted. I thought she was nice and I got a good vibe until I met with Marcella. Their entire way of doing business was completely different. She was just more involved. She wanted to know what my dress looked like, what I envisioned my wedding day being... Then she showed me a ton of pics and centerpeices. I didnt give her a budget and in the end she was offering a little more for the same amount of $$$, not to mention she was so much mor interested.

Flower Michele made every aspect of my wedding, as far as flowers are concerned, PERFECT. And John was a PLEASURE to work with every step of the way! AND his prices were really hard to beat - especially for the quality of his work! LOVE HIM!!!

i met that woman at a showcase and she was horrible and you know what there wasnt any flowers there either just albums with pictures of flowers...also i had a concern...im ALLERGIC to like 90% of flowers so was asking what i could use and what toehr ideas there were for cool center pieces and she was all well look in the albums...i was not impressed by them at all....

Pedestals is the only florist we met with! We are working with Phil (the owner) and have been really happy.
My MOH used them when she got married in 2003 and was also really happy with them.
