What is an average/good price for flowers for a wedding? I am going to talk to some florists this weekend but I don't really have any idea of what to expect! I am going to do smaller/lower centerpieces & boK for 7 girls plus me! Thanks!

My centerpieces are similar and I have six bouquets for the girls plus all the guys boutaneires, corsages for parents, grandparents and the readers. Also flowers for the church and rose petals and the estimates I have gotten have been about $1800. I have been to three places and they are all within that range.

I am getting my flowers from wedding world.
my flowers any size (exotic included) 1 moh any size 4 bm any size (Lillies and other 2 jr. bms any size large flowers no 3 flower girls extra charge) 2 mother cor 2 grandma groom bout 5 usher 1 ring 2 dad 2 grandpa 2 altar baskets

Ohhhh, thanks girls! I was actually thinking higher prices so you made me (and FH) a lot happier!!! Now I hav a better idea. But does it matter what kind of flowers you use? I love roses, but will they be more expensive (or less)?

my sister & fh sister used burtons of huntington and they got any flower thay wanted
wether it be a rose, lilly, carnation, sunflower..whatever they wanted it was one price even if the flower was out of seaon or whatever.
i think it was anywhere from $1400. - 1800.
im really not sure, but i know it was under $2000.00
burtons only cater to parties like weddings, bar mitzvahs, etc...
