Anyone know which flowers in general are cheaper or which are really expensive? Like roses, orchids, peonies, calla lillies? Others?

Roses are one of the cheapest flowers, regardless of color. For my centerpieces, I'm using 24 lavender (blue curiousa) roses with baby's breadth on a high stand with three votive candles. It was close to our budget price and was exactly what I wanted. If you like roses, you may want to consider them too.

I think orchids and calla lillies are generally more expensive, but not 100%. It depends on your florist too. I got a general quote and when I decided to do orchids she said it wouldn't be more $$.

Orchids, callas and peonies are expensive. Tulips, gerber daisies, carnations, roses and freesia are all relatively cheap.

Orchids are also a very hypoallergenic option if you or people you know are allergic to flowers.

Carnations are also very inexpensive, they are cheaper than roses
ETA: snapdragons arent too expensive either

Like everyone said Roses are the cheapest.
Orchids, peonies and calla lillies are the more expensive flowers.
Our florist told us roses are the new carnation in regards to price.
