flower question

flower question

here is a pic of my bridal party dresses.
The flowers that I already chose are shades of blue. None actually matching the dress. Now I am thinking that I should go with something totally different. I want to do brightly colored flowers to complement the dress instead of match it. Like pinks, yellows, reds, etc. How do you think that would look? Please post pics of suggestions.
Thanks in advance

Re: flower question

I don't have any pics, but my girls are also wearing turquoise dresses (I think thats the color depicted in the pic) and our florist is using coral and the green colored flowers.

Lots of corals, white, yellows and greens. You can do light blue hydrangeas. There is tons of things you can do.

I love the last picture.
I think those colors go nice with the dresses.
I would stay away from red & darker blue.
yellow, pink, white, green are nice with it.

How about hot pink peonies or yellow roses

For my friends wedding we wore turquoise and she had all shades of different pink flowers. Then she add lighter pink flowers to her b-ok

I think yellows oranges and reds would be the colors your looking for! Matching the dress in blues won't make the BO-K stand out!

Thanks ladies for the advice. # 2 and #4 are my top 2 choices. I'm going to give my florist a call.

Re: flower question

that's such a vibrant shade of blue that i think bright flowers in pink, orange, yellow, and the such would go wonderful with it. my bridesmaids are wearing a paler shade of blue and i didn't want too much blue in the bouquets, so we're doing greens, creams, and a hint of blue.
