I'm meeting with my first florist tonight, and I'm freaking out. I have no idea if my budget is reasonable or not. Does this sound OK?
1 bo-k for me 7 bm bo-ks 3 corsages 7gm bouts 4 assorted bouts 21 low (mostly candle) centerpieces
$2500?
Does that sound reasonable? Are they going to laugh me out of the store?!

i think it all depends on what kind of flowers you want to use. if you want to use calla lillies, orchids, etc. it's too low, but if you want to use less expensive flowers then i think you will at least come close to that!

I honestly don't care at all what kind of flowers we use. Flowers are the least important part for me, so I just want to make sure we stay under budget! I'd really love to just have candle centerpieces, actually, but I don't want to have to do them myself.

take some pics of what you're looking for ... i'm sure you won't have any problem staying in that budget! we are having orchids, calla lillies, and high centerpieces and we only spent $800 more than your budget. you should be fine!

ours came to what your budget is... i dont know a whole lot about flowers and prices of different kinds. we're doing a whole lot of calla's... oh, but we only have 4 bridesmaids/gm so maybe expect a little bit more? where are you going?
eta:we're also doing mix of high and low (candle) centerpieces which are a little more money then all lows - so you might be ok with your budget!
