what time do flowers get delivered the morning of the wedding if my church is at 3??

Our florist got the flowers to us about an hour before the photographer came. Photographer came at 1 - flowers came at 12.

Church was at 4... our flowers came around 1:30 1.45... right before the photographer showed up at 2...
