i was wondreing if anyone can tell me (you can FM me if you want) what you have been quoted for flowers and what you are getting. I am kind of doing DIY centerpeces and boquets. I have a family member who is a florist who will basically be doing them but i bought the vases that i want cause i found some i really like. I feel how ever that it might cost me just as much to DIY then to get it all done with a regular vendor florist. I am using gerber daises as my flowers.

i am planning for 18 tables it may be less ... they are low centerpieces ... here is what i am basically doing (note i got this idea from someone on here and i dont know who it is i saw it in a thread) ... i will be changing it slightly i want to add more flowers in each vase and there will be floating butterflie instead of flowers ....
Keep in mind with DIY - you have to set everything up.
If you want a lot of candles, etc. It could take awhile to set it all up and if your venue has a wedding the night before or during the same day of your wedding, you will probably have to set it up just a few hours before your wedding begins...
