Ok, so I was wondering what you girls thought of this flower quote. birch chuppah $650 17 Table centerpieces (low) $60 14 bouts $104 7 BM bouquet $450 2 mom bouquets $60 Bridal Bouquet ($125-$225) Table seating vase with flowers $75 Scattered petals down aisle $50 2 corsages $30 Total comes to $2800
I didn't include all the stuff he's throwing in (cake flowers, cocktail flowers, delivery....
1 bridal bouquet (about 32-36 roses) 2 MOH bouquets (26-28 roses) 3 BM bouquets (24 roses) 12 bouts (single rose) 7 corsages 15 high centerpieces (40 roses and some greens) chuppah and chuppah flowers flower girl petals and basket aisle and table petals
So I do think your quote seems a little high...but then again, we're getting roses, which are the cheapest flower to use...Try flower michele and see what they have to say....

Wow Im trying to keep mine under $600. Is this unrealistic for using tulips in the spring? But my ceremony flowers are already included. And what I want is pretty simple. Darn budgets!!!

I dunno i can never compare my flower cost to anyone else's.. mine is for ALOT of flower so it is always double what everyone else is getting, we are paying 6k for flowers. i know it sounds hig but it was one of the lowest quotes we got. we have a very large bridal party ( 25 people) , parent bouts and corsages, 35 tables, 2 large arrangements for the church and satin decorations, a floral arrangment for the place card table also a 6'wide x 8' high floral arch for behind the bride and groom table. this price also includes flower petals for throwing at the church and the petals for the flower girls. all of the arrangments wilk be a mix of lillies roses and orchids . for a big party im guessing that its fair

I think you might be able to do a little better.
If it's feasible for you to travel to Glen Head (small town next to GLen Cove) Simply Elegant quoted me at 1800 and I think I only had two less CP than you....
But otherwise, 2800 is a standard quote that I got at other places! (Well Flowers by Brian quoted me at 3200!)

yeah, that's what I was hoping for too.... after speaking to a couple florists, that idea was thrown out the window!
sigh....
BUT, on a happy note, we DID find an amazing florist for 1500..... she's a bit pricey, but works wonders, and becuase of that, I'm happy as a clam

IMO youre qoute is very reasonable! My chuppah was the most expensive thing out of all my flowers prob. b/c of the lilies.
