so i see such beautiful sample cps u girls have and it makes me wonder why i have not done this yet?the florist told me to make an appt in august to go over what i want and then come back to see the sample..is it normal to go this late?should i make it earlier?

You should make it earlier because how about you hate it and you want to change vendors. That's weird that they are making you wait so long for your sample.

i wouldnt book without seeing a sample, so i saw mine before i signed a contract.....and then i have to make an appt to go over the details again to make sure everything i choose last year is what i still want

well i mean we did go over what kind of flowers i want and i ahve picked out the base for the cps..just have not seen it all put together....hmm not sure if i should go in earlier

You want to go about a month before your wedding. This way you can see the flowers as they are 'in season.' It also allows you to bring pics of you in your dress, you BM dresses, etc.
And, on the chance that you change your mind on the color of the flowers or anything else, in the 6 months before the wedding, it doesn't waste the florists time/money doing mulitple samples for you.

plus, you want to see the flowers that will be in bloom around the time of your wedding. if you make it too far in advance, the flowers might not be the same when your wedding comes
