That's what we did; contract was signed and deposit was made. We used Flower Michele.
I am under the impression that you do. They show you the samples after you have booked with them.
That is so stressful for me then as how do I know if I will like their work until I see it???!
Basically, you look at pictures of their work and also samples that they should have in the store. Also, make sure you hire someone reputable. When they show you your samples, if you don't like it, they should change it for you.
i got my sample before making a deposit; how else would you know if you truly going to like what they creat for you that day.
from my experiences, each florist you meet with will show yu pics of their work. Sometimes they have samples that have been made up already and can show you those, but they don't make you a sample of what you would want untill you are in contract, and some florists don't even do samples.
the four we met with showed us pics. we only had a sample after we signed a contact and gave the deposit
We saw pictures of their work, they also had tables set up with different CPs in the store, we booked and saw the sample shortly before the wedding
