Does anyone have a suggestion on who I could contact to do these type of tree's/flowers/arrangements, I believe they are from Pedestals.. but I am thinking they are a fortune. any other suggestions on who to contact for same look?

Those look very similar to the ones I saw at Flowers By Brian! I am getting married @ the Bourne Mansion in December and I am having Flowers by Brian do all of the floral for the ceremony and reception! We are getting something very similar and they were very very reasonable.

Branch centerpieces cost more than floral centerpieces at most places, just a heads up.
I was shocked. We had huge centerpieces with rented accessories and the branch centerpiece for the seating card table still cost more.

i had something very simlar at my wedding this past Nov. Pedestals did all my flowers. They werent as pricey as i would have thought - i cant remember the break down. Speak to Rob at pedestals he is sweetheart and really tries towork with your budget.
